• Short stays: 20% surcharge for stays of less than 4 nights.


• Payment methods: We accept payment in cash and via bank transfer. We don’t accept credit cards.

• Dogs: Upon request, you're welcome to bring along your furry friend. However, out of respect for other house guests, we cannot allow pets in the dining and bathing areas. For pets, we charge 10.00 euros per day without food.


• Discount for children in parents room:
  - up to 2,99 years = 5.00 euros
  - from 3 to 13,99 years = 15.00 euros
  - over 14 years = 25.00 euros


• Toddler equipment: Upon request, we will provide you with a cot, high chair, bottle warmer and baby monitor.


• Catering in the apartments:
  Bread delivery service: the service is free and the sandwiches will be added to your final bill.
  Breakfast baskets: will be charged according to their size and the number of people (ask reception for more info).
  
  
• Arrival & Departure:
  On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 2 p.m.
  On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge.
For later cancellations, late arrivals, early departures and no-shows we charge 90% of the outstanding balance of your booking. To avoid unpleasant surprises, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
